Manager-- Larry Patterson
This position Plans, directs, manages and oversees the activities and operations
of the City, and works directly with the City Council on City business.
City
Recorder -- Nancy Ide Coordinates the programs and activities
of the City Recorder's Office, serves as the City's
historian, archivist and election officer; provides
information regarding public records, local and
state laws; and keeps records of all proceedings
of the City Council and maintains a list of the
City's advisory committees, and handles risk and
insurance matters for the City.

and coordinates staffing and operational activites
for human
resources including recruitment, classification,
salary administration, payroll and benefits,
equal employement, labor relations, and employee
status transactions.
