We allow contractors to apply for permits online through the State of Oregon in a program called "E-Permits".This program does not allow for homeowners to create their own permits.
We are currently in the process of altering our existing system (here on this site) to allow homeowners to apply for permits online directly into our system for around the clock service. Great for last minute weekend projects! Check this site for updates.
