This form is to start utility service with the City of Oregon City. When using this form, Please make sure that your start date is when you have received the keys to home that service is required at.

Utility bills are due on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend then payment is due the next business day by 5pm 

Billing statements are mailed the last business day of each month

Cancel Service

This form is to cancel your utility service with the City of Oregon City. When using this form, please make your cancellation date as close as possible to the date you actually turn your keys in.

Example : When the home keys have been turned over to the next responsible party.

How to read the Meter

The Water Meter it's a valuable source of information

When you receive your statement, verify your reading is correct by comparing the statement value to meter value. Locate your meter box  and look for the reading on your statement. The value should be read left to right,  dropping the last 2 digits in most cases.
