Larry Patterson has 34 years of local government experience, 21 years of which have been spent as a City Manager. Larry’s management career has spanned over five different cities. He has served with three cities in Texas and two in Oregon, including Oregon City. These cities have provided a diverse range of experiences. Along with his service in Oregon City, his career has included a major college town, a large metro suburb with a major petro chemical industrial base, a farm and ranching community, and a major tourism destination. Four of these cities have been County seats. He has managed or assisted with management of cities through natural and man-made disasters, economic boom, bust, and recovery, and managed major economic and capital development programs. Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University at Northridge and a Master of Arts degree in Government from Sam Houston State University, in Huntsville, Texas.

Teri Bankhead has over 15 years of experience in administration, management, and research. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Applied Sociology from Northern Arizona Univeristy. She is experienced in program coordination, applied research, operations and logistics, and has held positions in academia, worked with a large airline, and at the RAND Corporation.
