Urban Renewal Commission Storefront Improvement Program Applications
Oregon City's Urban Renewal Commission has a Storefront Improvement Grant Application Program available. Requirements include that it be for exterior improvements visible from a street, must be for a property located within an urban renewal zone, and the property must be other than a single-family residential property.
The URC may reimburse up to 50 percent of eligible improvements up to a City cost of $10,000 per structure per fiscal year (for a total project cost of $20,000). Applications shall be processed and awarded money on a first come, first served basis.
