This case was heard before municipal court, and the property owner was charged with the offense of Dangerous Building which entails the building being structurally unsafe, unsecured and an attractive nuisance. The condition of the property was a health and safety hazard and was ordered to have solid waste removed to a legal dumping site. The property conditions continued to exist and the owner was ordered to demolish the structure.
