This case was heard by the municipal court and the property owner was charged with the continued violation of Building and Occupying and illegal structure, Solid Waste and Erosion Control. The owner was charged and ordered to correct the violations. This case was appealed to circuit court where the owner failed to appear. The structure was eventually removed by the city and the property was cleared. The property owner was billed for the cost of abatement.
