Outstanding Community Advocate Oregon City Code Enforcement would like to thank Steve Milner, DVM for his continued support of the code enforcement program. Dr. Milner’s testimony empowered many residents in the immediate area; the neighborhood came together and told their story in Municipal Court. Neighborhood livability truly started with you Dr. Milner and as a result Oregon City’s worst home has been demolished.
