
Visit the official End of the Oregon Trail in Historic Oregon City this summer! Come explore our exhibits on the Oregon Trail and Clackamas County history, shop for unique gifts from local vendors and participate in pioneer inspired games and activities, FREE!

Our History Interpreters will teach you how to dip candles, churn butter, dress up like a pioneer and share stories about early life in Oregon City. You can also explore the grounds and visit the site marking the official “End of the Oregon Trail”. We invite our visitors to tell their story and share their experience here at The End of the Oregon Trail by joining our visitors on the website at “Who’s Traveling the Trail” and become modern day pioneers.
The Visitor Center is available for group bookings for up to 30 people. The 1-hour visit to the Oregon Trail Visitor Center and Country Store includes a talk on the Oregon Trail, time to explore the historic Abernethy Green and a visit to the Master Gardeners’ Heritage Garden.
