A celebration marking the kickoff of the McLoughlin Promenade Renovation was held Thursday July 30th at 4pm. It featured speeches by local and Federal representatives, consultants, ice cream, and a ceremonial "chiseling" of the basalt, by Mayor Alice Norris.
