The Beavercreek Road Concept Plan is a guide to the creation of a complete and sustainable community in southeast Oregon City. Most of the 453 acre site along Beavercreek Road was added to the regional urban growth boundary by Metro in 2002 and 2004.

One important component of Oregon City Water Division's "Multiple Barrier Approach", used to prevent contamination of drinking water from source to tap.

The city finds it necessary to establish and implement uniform engineering design standards and drawings for all Public Works sanitary sewer projects, water distribution system projects, storm sewer projects, and transportation projects in the interest of health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Oregon City.

      The Oregon City Downtown Community Plan is a first step in enhancing the historical heart of Oregon City. The vision describes a community that celebrates Cregon City's historic past while promoting a positive change for the future.

The City has adopted a document entitled "Erosion and Sediment Control" per Ordinance 99-1013 that defines policies, minimum requirements, minimum standards, and design procedures for erosion prevention and sediment control in Oregon City.  The document is located at the link below.

     In early summer 2004, the Alta Planning + Design team was retained by the City of Oregon City and Clackamas County to study the existing roadway conditions on Holcomb Boulevard and develop a streetscape concept that would achieve the goals and objectives set by the neighborhood residents, City, and County.

     Phase One of the Molalla Avenue Boulevard Improvements project is the first phase of a larger vision for the Molalla Avenue corridor. This vision is to provide safe and efficient facilities and services for all traveler modes, including public transportation, private automobiles, and pedestrian and bicycle traffic.

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Annual Reports are submitted to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) by November 1st of each year. They cover activities for the time period July 1st of the previous year through June 30th of the same year.

     In 2002, nearly 500 acres of rural land located just east of Oregon City was brought into the Portland Metropolitan Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) to accommodate future growth.

The City requires applicants to obtain a right-of-way permit using the application form below whom desire to perform infrastructure work in the public right-of-way such as repairing sidewalks or curbs, installing new or repairing existing water, sewer, or stormwater utilities.

The two forms below are to be used by applicants desiring to vacate a public right-of-way such as a street or alley.  The form can also be used for vacating public easements such as Public Utility Easements along back or side yards, non-vehicle accesses, and others.

The City of Oregon City has been conducting traffic volume studies since 1978. We have historical traffic volume counts from 1978, 1980, 1989, 1990, as well as more current ones. Any of our historic studies are available for review. Our most recent studies are available online (see below) and will be conducted every 3 years, or as needed.

     This Urban Renewal Plan, originally adopted December 19,1990, is the Urban Renewal Plan for the Downtown area in Oregon City, Oregon. This Plan is the only urban renewal plan for the Downtown area.

The attached file contains the Resolution 05-07 which repeals Resolution 97-57 and establishes new amounts for Wastewater System Development Charges based on a revised Capital Improvement project list.  The document also describes the methodology used to compute the SDC.

This document outlines the current water meter SDC charges by meter size.  It includes the South Fork Water Board's (SFWB) water meter SDC charges as well.  Oregon City Building Division collects the SFWB SDCs and transfers the funds to SFWB.
