The Finance department provides financial statements and supporting schedules that are compliant with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP). and meet the requirements of the standards as prescribed by the Secretary of State.

Details:
- Utility Bills are due on the 20th of each month.
- If the 20th falls on a weekend, then payment is due the next business day by 5pm.
- Billing statements are mailed the last business day of each month.
- If your bill is in shut-off status, payment in full, plus any applicable CPE fees, will be required before service will be restored. Service will be restored in the order in which payment is received.
- Service restorations not completed by 4 pm will be restored the following business day.
