Low Income rates are offered as a courtesy, to any qualifying customer requesting assistance with their Water / Sewer bill.

In order to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be current each month. Example: If your account is carrying a past due balance for more than two months in any one year, your account will be removed from the program, and will be billed at standard rates. All dependents you claim, according to the chart on the attached document, must have a valid Social Security Number and be a dependent on your tax returns.
• Low Income Rate: Does not apply to excess usage. Outside and summer watering is billed at our standard rates.
• We look forward to extending the reduced rate to you if you are eligible. Please complete the attached application form with  the rquested income information and return it to the Utility Billing office.
