The Finance department provides financial statements and supporting schedules that are compliant with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP). and meet the requirements of the standards as prescribed by the Secretary of State.

Utility Billing is a Division of the Finance Department, and manages approximately 10,000 active billing accounts for the following services:

  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Storm
  • Pavement Maintenance Utility

To update or change a mailing address for your Statement, send an email to any of the above contacts.
(Please do not send personal Information (i.e.) Driver's License or Social Security number).

Our Billing Statements are mailed out once a month on the last business day of the month. 

New! Pay your bill as well as Check your Account Balance Via Web Payment System (or) Over our Phone payment System at no Extra Charge.  Select Option 1  
       
( Your able use a credit with VISA, Master Card or Discover Logo's and Debit card.) 

New! Next Month's billed amounts are available 3 business days before the bill is received in the US Mail
