These changes have no Impact on the Rates Charged.
Through a continuing effort to better serve our customers, the City has modified the breakdown of the utility service fees to help customers understand how fees are distributed to each provider.
There is no change in the Cost of the Utility Bill, it only effects how the fees are distributed to our Providers.

To update or change a mailing address for your Statement, send an email to any of the above contacts. (Please do not send personal information (i.e. driver's license or social security number).
Our Billing Statements are mailed out once a month on the last business day of the month.
Pay your bill online or over the phone! Check your account balance or pay by credit card at no Extra Charge. 503-657-8151, option 1. You may also check your next month's billing amount 3 days before US mail delivery using this system. ( We accept VISA, Master Card or Discover).
