Oregon City Business License
All businesses operating within the City limits of Oregon City are required by Municipal Code OCMC Title 5, Chapter 5.04 to obtain a City business license. New businesses starting after June 30 may pay one-half the published fee for the current year, as in OCMC Title 5, Chapter 5.04.070.

• Commercial businesses are required to fill out the Business License Application.
• Home based businesses are required to fill out both the Business License Application and the Home Occupation worksheet.
