$100,000.00 and up

$280.00 for the first $100,000 plus $1.00 for each additional $1,000, or fraction thereof

Other Inspections and Fees:

1.      Plan Review Fee ...................25% of Permit Fee

2.      State Surcharge ......................12% of Permit Fee

3.      Inspections outside of normal business hours ........$60.00 per hour

(minimum charge - two hours)

4.      Reinspection fees assessed under provisions of Section 108.8 ...$60.00 each

5.      Inspections for which no fee is specifically indicated .....$60.00 per hour

(minimum charge one-hour)

6.      Additional plan review required by changes, additions or

      revisions to approved plan (minimum one hour) ......$60.00 per hour
