The Human Resources Department works with the City Manager, department directors and employees in areas of recruitment, classification, compensation, training, benefits, labor/employee relations and related human resource functions. Thank you for your interest in employment with the City of Oregon City. The City only accepts applications for open positions as listed below. Completed applications must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the designated closing date (postmarks are not accepted). Applications received after the closing time will not be processed. Many of our positions require additional documents such as supplemental questions, resumes, letter of interest, cover letter or fees to be completed and submitted along with the City application. Be sure to check the employment announcement for complete details regarding all required documents. Failure to submit all required documents will result in an application not being processed.
