In order to use this form you must have information for all the "required" items shown below. Each permit number is site specific so please exercise care in specifying the inspection. If received by this or any other means after 7am, your inspection will be done the next business day. Due to the number of inspections, requests for specific times cannot be honored. The Building Department is closed on all legal holidays.
