Access Talking Books for the Print-Disabled

The Oregon Talking Book and Braille Library, a division of the State of Oregon Library, provides free audio and Braille books to eligible Oregonians with a print-disability (visual, physical, or reading impairment). Their BARD service (Braille and Audio Reading Download) gives users FREE, unlimited, 24 hour access to download any NLS digital book.
