Federal and State Tax Forms

Tax Season is fast approaching...

THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE PROVIDES THE MOST COMMON FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR FREE DISTRIBUTION IN THE NATION'S LIBRARIES. By a decision of the Oregon Department of Revenue, there will be NO State forms available for distribution.

We typically receive these forms beginning in late December/early January and we will have them available as they are received. 2011 Federal Tax Forms will be on display at the Library beginning Tuesday, December 27. Forms not supplied by the State or Federal government, may be available in the sets of reproducible forms, so you may photocopy what you need for 10 cents per photocopy.

Other forms and instructions are available through the IRS and Oregon Department of Revenue websites, which can be accessed via our free Internet computers. Although not allowed to give any tax advice or recommend what forms may be appropriate in you situation, our reference librarians can help you locate specific forms or direct you to the websites where you can print your own.
