Talking Books and Braille Services

The Oregon State Library, an agency of the State of Oregon, provides free talking books and Braille services to eligible print-disabled Oregonians.

The BARD system (Braille and Audio Reading Download) allows eligible patrons free, unlimited, 24 hour access to any NLS digital book.
