Hours and Days of Operation:

The Municipal Court is located at Oregon City Police Department, 320 Warner Milne Road, Oregon City, Oregon (map).

Fines and fees will be accepted by Municipal Court staff until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on business days prescribed by statute.

Court Schedule: The clerks' office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is closed weekends and legal holidays. Court is in session every Tuesday. Jury trials are held on Thursdays, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and continuing until the judge discharges the jury for the day. Criminal arraignments are held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays only.  Criminal charges require appearance in person.

Driving Directions: From SB I-205 and NB I-205: Take Exit 10 southbound, Hwy 213 exit. Turn right and head south on Hwy 213. Turn right on Beavercreek Rd. Turn right on Molalla Avenue. Turn left on Warner Milner Rd. We are approximately 2 blocks down on your left.
