A Message from the Director;

We have been very busy this year! 

Our center is looking so terrific we invite you to stop by and enjoy our new exterior paint job, and interior furnishings!

Were also working on putting in a garden for growing vegetables and herbs for our seniors and the Nutrition program.

We are working hard to promote a healthy, active, lifestyle for adults of all ages,  By providing all types of recreational activities and other services to keep you healthy and on the go. 

Our newsletter is a bi-monthly informational guide filled with many of the opportunities we have available.
