This one story house has a broken-pitch gable roof with a gabled bay. The roof is sheathed in composition shingles and the house is clad in new lap siding. It sits on a poured concrete foundation and has a rectangular plan. The house has been greatly altered in order to transform it into a duplex residence. The windows have vinyl replacements. The bay that forms the front gable has chamfered corners and is slightly reminiscent of the Queen Anne style.
