This c.1900 front gable and wing house is rectangular in plan with a multi-level roofline. A gable roof and a flat roof is present at the two-story mass of the structure and a shed roof projects out over the one-story entrance addition. The windows are 1/1 wood double-hung in some locations while 8/1 and 6/1 wood double-hung windows are present on the front façade with fixed aluminum storms attached. Aluminum sliding windows are located on the upper level of the two-story mass. Alterations include a non-historic fixed aluminum picture window at the front elevation and a modern multi-paneled wood entrance door with a screen attached. A one-story shed roof porch exists at west elevation. The sequence of additions are unknown.
