This is a one-story, utilitarian building constructed of concrete block. The entire front is recessed under the roof edge which forms a canopy. The entrance and windows are typical of 1960s and 1970s utilitarian commercial buildings with simply metal display windows. The building is set back on the lot to allow for parking in front of the building. It faces west on Main Street.
Statement of Significance: The building was constructed in 1963 and used as the Oregon City Auto Parts store for a number of years. It currently houses the Napa Auto Parts store. Because the building is not historic, it cannot be considered eligible as a contributing resource in a historic district.
