There is a wide bargeboard with brackets connecting to a plywood soffit. The front gabled roof is covered with composition shingling. The windows are primarily 1/1 wooden double-hung with lamb's tongues. The front porch is poured concrete, with concrete stairs and a wrought iron railing. The gabled porch roof is supported by two sets of posts to either side of the stair. There is also a concrete retaining wall. The gabled garage in the rear is clad in the same shingling.
