This modest bungalow sits under a front gable roof with a large gable projecting out from the south wall of the house to cover the front porch. The porch gable is supported by a series of square columns with a stick balustrade between them. The gables all feature open eaves with knee brackets that penetrate the barge boards and decorative barge moldings. The house rests on a poured concrete foundation with a fully developed water table making the transition to the double drop siding that is finished with cornerboards. The windows are all 1/1 double-hung wood sash with wide board surrounds. A small shed is located at the northeast corner of the lot, connected to a similar shed for the house next door. This shed features wide drop siding and a fixed wood sash on the south side near the five-panel door that provides access to the building.
