This c.1938 minimal bungalow house has a rectangular plan with a side facing gable roof. Triangular brackets support an eyebrow hood roof over the entrance door. The foundation shows evidence of being board formed concrete. The windows are 1/1 vinyl throughout. The exterior is clad with wood lap siding. An original exterior brick chimney exists on the north elevation. Alterations include a non-historic wood fence at the rear elevation and a compatible, modern entrance door. Garage exists under structure.
