It sits on a concrete foundation and is clad in asbestos shingles. The bargeboard is notched for brackets, but several are missing. The front gabled roof is covered with composition shingling. The windows are primarily 1/1 vinyl with a large picture window above the garage. The front porch has been greatly altered. The southwest side has a projecting gable that has been enclosed with a recess for the door. The northwest side with the picture window has an open porch with a wrought iron rail created over the lower garage projection. The front stairs are concrete with built-in planters and assorted handrails. There is a concrete block retaining wall.
