The Oregon City Municipal Swimming Pool was built in 1965. Its indoor pool is housed in a bold concrete structure shaped in section like the letter "M". The underside of the M is completely windowed and looks out onto the outdoor pool. The glazing is not continuous, but a geometric grid of concrete mullions and fins designed to deflect excessive sunlight. The main entrance, offices, changing areas, and other rooms are located in a lower concrete structure attached to the side of the M.
