Sitting close to the sidewalk on its lot, this minimal tract house consists of a square mass under a simple side gable. The house rests on a board formed concrete foundation. While there are large windows in the eaveless gable indicating an occupiable second floor, it is obvious that this space is minimal. Rows of large wood shingles cover the structure. Wood steps lead up to a simple enclosed entrance porch that is covered by a small gable.
