This one story vernacular house is rectangular in plan and sits on a base of brick. The hip roof is covered in composition shingles and has a wide frieze. The house is covered with bricks on the daylight basement level and channel drop siding on the upper level. Windows are primarily large fixed pane with hoods. It appears that the entire upper floor has been added to the house. There is a new front door. A wood deck encircles the house. There is a stone retaining wall.
