307 Pearl Street - Alfred Fisher House

Statement of Significance: Alfred Fisher (1873-1925), the original owner of 307 Pearl Street, was a carpenter, born in Canada. His mother was August Moehnke, of the Oregon City family of that name. The house is significant for its style, one of the best and most beautifully crafted of the vernacular houses, including the sensitive later alterations.
