316 Tumwater Drive

This 1-1/2 story bungalow sits under a side gable roof with a shed dormer on the west side of the house. A one story ell extends out to the east under a shed roof at the south end of the house. A recessed porch runs the full width of the west façade, where the eave is supported by a series of tapered square columns set on a shingled balustrade. The house is primarily clad with wood shingles above the foundation level, but a small amount of drop siding covers the upper portion of the foundation. The windows in the house are predominantly 1/1 double-hung wood sash with plain board surrounds and small apron moldings. A new staircase has been added to the west porch, and the garage door at the basement level has also been replaced. A small gable supported by knee brackets covers the garage door.
