320 Tumwater Drive

This 1-1/2 story house sits under a side gable roof, with a gabled wing extending out to the east from the main body of the house. The north and south sides of the east wing have shed dormers, as does the west side of the main gable. The gables and dormers all feature open eaves with knee brackets that penetrate the wide barge boards. A recessed porch runs the full width of the west façade, and has been enclosed by lattice. The eave is supported at the porch by square columns set on a solid balustrade that is clad with asbestos shingles, like the rest of the house. The windows are all aluminum sash replacements of the original, and are now aluminum sliding sashes with plain board trim. The house rests on a concrete foundation, and a small storage shed clad with corrugated steel sits just to the south of the house.
