This side gable 1-1/2 story house has a front gable porch hood supported on brackets. There is a barge board and rake molding and boxed soffits. The side gables are flared at the bottom of the eaves. The symmetrical west elevation has a one over one double-hung window on either side of the porch. The windows have apron molding. The porch has wood risers and a knee wall on either side. The siding is round edge drop except around under the porch knee wall where it is flush vertical siding. Basement windows are visible in the poured concrete foundation. To the west is 409 1/2. This this front gable 1920s building faces the alley to the north. It has a gable hood over door and channel drop siding. Windows are 6/1 double-hung wood.
