The front elevation is decoratively clad in a combination of vertical shiplap, plywood, and random coursed stone veneer. The low pitched gable roof is covered with rolled composition shingling and has large exposed rafters. The windows are primarily aluminum sliding. Apartment front doors face the central pathways and footbridges while back balconies line the north and south sides of the complex. The balconies have decorative wood railings. The rear elevation is blank with the exception of windows. The complex is surrounded by parking and landscaping in front.
