This 1-1/2 story vernacular house is rectangular in plan. The jerkinhead roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with lap siding. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung. The rebuilt, hip roof entry porch has narrow posts and open rail. There is a shed roof to the rear of the house and patio additions to the north side. There is poured concrete retaining wall across the front yard, siting the house about six feet above the sidewalk level.
