This unique tri-plex of gabled rectangular shape features plywood on the south wall of house and south and north walls of the porch, along with the bottom half of the basement. What appears to be the original lap covers the remainder. There are corner boards, and plain boards surround the windows. A water table and cap exists. The windows range from 1/1 to 2/2. The two-story basement configuration situates the house high on a hill over a canyon; there are two covered decks, one above the other, overlooking the massive backyard canyon with mature trees and a creek. There is a shed porch roof on the south side.
