This one story contemporary-style office building has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The flat roof is built-up. The eaves are clad with tongue and groove wood. The walls are Roman brick. The rear façade has decorative brick openings, glass block, and stucco. The south façade also has some stucco. Windows are 6-pane aluminum casement and fixed wood sash with some covered by fabric canopies. The main entrance is also covered with a canopy. There are Roman planters.
