This 1940s duplex sits on the hillside, a full story above street level. There is no real front yard, but rather a steep hillside held in place by a concrete retaining wall. Stairs on either side lead to the front door of each unit. Both units sit underneath the same hip roof. Lapped wood siding covers the structure. The building is symmetrical, with a door for each unit on either side and matching 6/6 vinyl double-hung windows across the street elevation. A garage sits beneath the northern unit at street level beneath the structure. The entry stairs to the north unit actually go onto the roof of the garage.
