This small minimal tract house has a small gable with brackets over the front entry. Wooden steps make up a front stoop. The house sits on a
concrete foundation and is covered with asbestos ceramic shingles. Windows are all 1/1 double-hung. The associated garage has an awkward
junction with the house which indicates that this connection came later. The driveway and positioning of the garage appear to be original. There
is a deck on the back which is obviously much later. The roof form is an eaveless, multi-pitch gable, creating an almost salt-box, which also is
indicative of an addition. The latest Sanborn maps show this addition as well.
