This c.1925 Craftsman bungalow is side-gabled resting on a concrete foundation. It features a shed dormer over the entry with aluminum storm windows. Notched rafter tails are character-defining features; other details include eave brackets, knee railing, and tapered boxed porch columns. The entry door is highlighted by a 3-pane panel with modillions. The full-length porch features 3-panel windows of vertical 2/1 double-hung design, flanking a vertical 3/1 central panel window. The porch is T&G. The chimney pierces the roof at the eave, and aluminum windows are on the side elevation at the rear. There is a brick chimney on the south elevation.
