This 1960s ranch duplex sits slightly raised off the street by a short concrete retaining wall at the sidewalk. There are separate sets of concrete stairs for each entrance. Each doorway sits underneath an overhang held up by decorative iron columns, resting on a concrete pad. Each side of the elevation mirrors the other one, with a door flanked by aluminum horizontal sliding windows. Lap wood siding covers the structure which is capped by an overhanging hip roof.
