This low, one-story building has a standing seam metal parapet placed at a slight angle possibly to mimic a mansard shape. The exterior walls are covered with concrete slabs, which are recessed at the window openings. A centered entrance on the front facade is recessed and has a simple rectangular canopy extending over the opening. The north elevation has a regular rhythm of windows and wall. The building sits on the southeast corner of Main and 9th Street and faces west.
