This modest house sits under a hip roof with a second hip extending to the north over a large rectangular bay. The entry porch is recessed under this second hip on the east side of the bay, where the eave is supported by a single square post. The hip eaves are all enclosed above the wood shingle siding on the main body of the house. The windows are primarily 1/1 double-hung wood sash, but the north side windows are large fixed sashes. The windows typically feature decorative trim molding throughout the house. Beneath the rectangular bay, a one car garage is present at the basement level. This garage has a new roll up door, and the driveway is framed by a concrete retaining wall on the east side and a concrete block wall on the west. The north side of the lot has a low concrete retaining wall and a large concrete stair leading up to the house.
