This complex c.1928 residence has a T-shaped plan with a cross gabled roof. It has elements of the Queen Anne style such as the steeply pitched gable roof, a three-sided bay window projection with the center window a 9/1 stained glass and 1/1 wood double-hung windows flanking the center pane on the main elevation with a low-hip roof above. Aluminum fixed and sliding windows are present on other elevations. The exterior is clad in non-original concrete and stucco. Alterations include an enclosed porch with a shed roof at the rear elevation, a concrete front entrance porch and the metal roof. An established lilac bush is present at the front façade.
