This 1-1/2 story house sits under a cross gable roof with a wraparound porch on the south and west sides of the house. The porch is covered by a hip roof supported by square columns set on a solid wood balustrade. The porch hip and main gables feature enclosed eaves, and the main gables feature both rake and frieze boards. The house rests on a board formed concrete foundation with a full water table making the transition to the drop siding finished with cornerboards. The windows in the house are all vinyl sash replacements of the original windows, and are primarily 1/1. At the south gable, a 9/9 window with internal muntins is present at the second floor over a large fixed pane with internal muntins at the first floor level. The windows typically feature board trim, and the double-hung windows have projecting hood moldings.
