This Mediterranean style duplex is fairly unique within this district (there is a matching duplex one block to the east). Its flat roof has an almost undetectable slope and is screened by a parapet wall. The front façade is highly symmetrical, featuring two large windows, two vents, and a double arched entry. A brick walkway and steps connect the porch with the sidewalk. The windows are vinyl replacements with snap grids. One small original window remains at the entrance. It is 1/1 wood. The house also has a daylight basement with a entrance on the back.
